About Me

I am a qualified psychologist and life and executive coach. For over 10 years I have been a member of a great team of therapists in MyMind - a well - established, innovative mental health model with centres in several spots all over Ireland. With lockdown and the necessity to move most services to a remote, online option - I have discovered a great freedom and flexibility for me and my clients that goes with it, and I decided to offer my services solely online. Tthis means that we’re both so much more flexible, i can meet you wherever you are, during a time that suits you.

I provide individual and couples’ counselling and coaching . I use an integrative approach, which means I’m combining elements of CBT, psychodynamic therapy and solution focused therapy - depending on the needs of my clients, difficulties they are struggling with and their goals.

I believe that each person has great inner wisdom and potential to change, grow and to cope with difficulties that occur in life - and my role as a therapist is to support you in discovering your abilities and resources, and learning how to use them in achieving the changes you need.
